We are currently working on all of these except Rocket Girl as that one is actually pretty good.

They actually said that Tristana is one of their current top priorities for updating skin splash arts.

I know Earnest Elf isn't an ACCURATE portrayal of Tristana but it's among my favorite skins in League

Yeah, that's true, they do need to be updated. They said they will eventually, but who knows when. As they have not given a specific date yet.
