Why did we only get 3 Pool Party skins?
Normally we get 5, and this time we only got 3 skins with one of them being mediocre. Could we get an explanation for this by a Rioter?

Likely because they don't want to overuse the skin series. I mean we have now 13 pp-skins,making it one of the biggest skin series already.
It's pretty much Quality over Quantity. Riot has over the years done this with Champions for example, how they used to release two skins for a new champion that were rather lower scale and then started to do new releases with just one upper scale skin. So I think it's similar when you look at skin themes as well. This years Pool Party are all 1350 skins, where in past years we've had maybe one of 5 skins be a 1350 and the rest are 975. So this way they could put much more time and effort into refining the skins and making them the best they can be.
I think they didn't have the resources to do more than 3 because they had some other skins they wanted done this year. We'll see.

It's cause Rito doesn't give a rats ass about anyone. We're just dollar signs and they're too incompetent to really cash in on us.
