Some more questions for Reav3:

  1. Are Tryndamere, Twisted Fate, Master Yi, Katarina, Janna and Soraka also on the list? they somewhat received a Visual Update in the past
  2. Is Singed also on the list? we know he only got a 'geometry' and texture update but he could still use some new splashes as well.
  3. Are Sherwood Forest Ashe and Rugged Garen still being looked at for splash updates?

Rugged Garren is for sure on the list, That splash needs to be like 10x more rugged then it already is.

The jury is still out on Sherwood Forest Ashe, haven't discussed it to much with HUGEnFAST yet. Haunted Maokai is another one that me and HUGEnFAST go back and forth on as to weather it needs a full new splash or just needs to be polished up.

I think in regards to Splash-Art updates and which champions come next, the priority should probably go;

Karthus and Gangplank. Both of these champions splash arts suffer massively from Character AND Style disposition. Their Splash-arts do not even resemble the champion at this point, as well as the style being VERY dated.
Majority of the splash arts do not resemble close to the skins in-game.

Next up imo would be Sivir. Her splash-arts do some-what resemble the champion, that by looking at her iconic weapon, you are able to recognize her. The main issue with her splash-art is the insane style difference they possess. They resemble something done by an amateur, at least by Riot Standards. (That could be said about a lot of current Splash Art's however). They also have INCREDIBLY bad resolutions, being blurry when opened up on the new Beta cilent. In my personal opinion, that warrants Sivir as having a high priority on the list.

Garen suffers from very similar issues, however his Splash Arts are a much better resolution, at least better in the sense they aren't blurry.

Following that I believe a lot of other champions splash-arts to be forgiveable, and would be able to age for another 1 - 2 years fine enough.

That being said, I believe when push comes to shove, Ashe and Sona's skins would be at the bottom of the Priority list. They both possess very nice splash-arts, that resemble both the champion and the skins. Imo Ashe falls dead last on the Splash Art update list, followed by Sona in second last, and then probably Annie thereafter. (I may also be biased in that I do not want to see Riot update Ashe's skins at all. As they will probably destroy her individuality like they have done with MANY other female champions in these updates.)
