Some bigewater background lore plz?

Okay so first off I'm not really talking about champs, just the actual place. What about a hypothetical b-water lore where it was a shuriman colony, then after it fell the governor took over rule and set it up as a separate city state while mainland fought over dominance. They prospered due to their unmatched naval power up until the dark times of , which saw a massive plague and spirits returning, drawn to the terrible necromantic power wreaking havoc and basically crippled the city. After these dark times bilge water became the harbor to many pirates, who were sailors that now took to piracy to try and survive. After a while the governor X (the same family tree), fed up with pirates getting more influence, decides to try and purge them out and reinstated the official navy which had not been around since before the dark days. During this time gangplank was alive now, joined the navy proper, and quickly rose due to his ambition, tactical prowess, and cruel efficiency. But the old government was dying out, having prospered by enslaving the natives of natives of far out islands, making deals with local rulers to obtain slaves, this soon meant much of bilgewaters population was composed of oppressed islanders, now stirred resentment as the official navy continued to allow slavery. when gangplank was fired for opposing superiors decisions in a crucial battle, despite his decision winning the battle, he was cast out in shame due to the pride of leaders. He soon used the resentment of the slaves/lower class to start a rebellion, promising to end slavery and to end the aristocratic rule of the rich families who ruled bilge water from time out of mind. Having won he soon executed most of the upper class, including 's parents.... tbc So what do you think Riot dudes? Will you use at least part of this? For ur lore? Please?
