Seasonal Summoner's Rift Giving Me Headaches

Is anyone else getting headaches from the new seasonal summoner's rift? The light level does it to me. Post if you have any solution, please. Don't want to only play aram until summoner's rift is changed back.

ranked rifts don't have it. there is also treeline and poro king
