What is Nasus doing about the situation with Renekton?
Do we know if he is trying to save renekton or is he avoiding him at this point in time

He's out yiffing most likely.
He is planning to redeem him and he surely believes on it, but we don't if Renekton is beyond redemption or not. I think he isn't though.
I also think Redeemed Renekton Update would be a really well lore progress.
He's mostly just dieing to him at this point.

Probably avoiding him. Renekton is looking for him though, so there is a chance they meet earlier than we might anticipate.
