Looking at the updated icon of item 3074 can any Rioter answer from what place does it come from? IMO its looks like a Shuriman artifact

I personally had a Bilgewater vibe about it considering Hydra's being serpentine, Bilgewater's sea monster deal, and the design of the new Ravenous Hydra icon reminding me of Bilgewater iconography. Dunno if that's accurate but that's my hunch.

Looks very Noxian to me. Maybe its part of their ancient culture before they became a modern nation?

It could also be related to Taragon since Hydra are Greek Mythology staple

Doesn't seem to come from any particular region to me. Anyone can have serpentine iconography.

I think it, and Titanic, are Noxian.
