Updating Old Champion Voices

Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I don't post here often and don't know if it has.

Anyway, I'm of the personal opinion that many old champions need to have their voice lines updated and significantly expanded. The gulf between their VO and the VO of the more recent champions is astronomical. I love what they've done with new champions like Evelynn - she has tons of voice lines and it never gets old. Then I go to play Katarina and it's the same 3 lines all game long. Quite frankly, it's grating and disincentives me from wanting to play the character.

A prime example of what I wish to happen is Lux Lux. Excluding Pulsefire Ezreal, I'm pretty sure she's the only champion to ever get a voicework update without getting a major art/gameplay update. And it was great! It breathed new life into the character. I picked her up again and bought skins for her that I would have never bought before. It also reminded me that they didn't update base Ezreal despite updating Pulsefire Ezreal which was...confusing (for the record, I loved the Pulsefire update too).

Maybe others don't care about this as much, but audio has always been a huge part of games for me so stuff like this really sticks out.

I think Mao'Kai also got some voicework.

So many reasons why it’s not simple to do an update for everyone who needs it

The issue is that, if they want to update voice lines for a champion, they have to get the voice actor for the champ in every language.
