I'll never, ever get to own this skin thanks to this absolutely useless, uninteresting, clunky crafting money-grab. I'm a Vayne main with 200k mastery, I own every Vayne skin, and I recently graduated college. I work 45 hours a week. So as you can probably tell, I don't get to play League as often as I used to. When I saw the new Vayne skin, I was immediately excited; it's Vayne, it's new, and it's flashy. Woo! Except not really. Hence the picture. This goal, 250 chests, is completely unrealistic for me. The funniest part is not only is it basically unavailable to free players, but it's unavailable to most players who buy RP too. Most of us can't spend $250-$300 on chests. Even if I could I don't think I would. This skin is legitimately targeting people who are willing to spend hundreds on chests. Can't wait for the next $300 skin, Riot!

Complaining about a system that basically gives you free skins and champions is kind of silly...

It is also possible to get the skin as a regular skin shard,in which case you won't need the gemstones.

Well, I've been playing for about 6 years, and I've slowly sunk a few thousand dollars into the game. Yeah that's a ton of money but it's just $5 here $5 there. But I now own every skin. So this skin along with hextech annie we're both $5 for me. In fact, when I was down to my last 50 skins I just bought chests every now and then because I would reroll shards to get skins.

Do you know what bothers me out of everyone complaining about how the crafting system works? Say you spend $200 on boxes and get the skin, (this is what I've spent, not saying anyone could get it any sooner/later) and you get the 10 gemstones. Personally for me, I've gotten well over $200 worth of skins just from the box openings PLUS SOULSTEALER VAYNE. Like I understand that you're angry that you only wanted the one skin, but the value of what you have in rerolls/disenchats/crafting of skins is greater than if you just spent $200 on RP and bought skins that way. Plus if you're like me, you're grinding out those level 7 masteries, and need the blue essence for getting those tokens some value.
