Remember when Debonair Galio was held back for weeks because it didn't look good enough?

Why can't this be done for Fiora? They say they can't fix her hair because it's already rigged to animations, and while I appreciate that it might take some work to rerig them, I can't imagine it would take more than a month let alone a couple weeks. Please Riot, practically nobody likes her new look, why can her hair not be fixed? Not to mention her face, but you've already taken pretty good steps in that direction.
