Aurilion Sol.

Alright. So I'll start by saying that I've had SolAurelionSol since the day of his release. I myself just reached level 30 and I've never spent actual money on LoL so I spent so much time saving to buy him with IP. He first caught my attention when I saw his cinematic trailer. Then when I began playing as him, I loved so much about what he was. He has such a dominating presence with the way he speaks and his Returning animation is beyond my favorite in the game. However, I find myself wanting a refund at this moment.

I'd like to explain first, that my preference in champions is how mechanical they are; at how flashy and spectacular their moves are without having to spam all of your moves in the same order over and over again.. I"m looking at you malzaharMalzahar and luxLux . So I find myself a bit bored with Sol. If anyone has seen him fighting, there's really nothing you can do that is genuinely appealing to watch, thus he isn't very fun to me. I feel as if he was made somewhat incorrectly.

I hope someone at riot reads this at some point, because I'd really like some explanation. My first question is, why does he have stars orbiting him? I realize that he's meant to seem powerful... but if he's that powerful then why doesn't he do more with them? Next question, why do nearly none of his moves actually utilize stars. Except for his Q, he has no moves that showcase that he can create stars with a single squish of his tail..... Last question... WHY THE HELL IS HE ALWAYS HOLDING THOSE STARS IN HIS HANDS?? He doesn't do ANYTHING with them... at all, so whats the point? I know he was literally just released, but I feel like this champion was far too simple to be let out to the public. So much about him requires nothing more than movement. Part of me wishes you could do something with the stars. Like maybe have them rotating around him but be capable of launching energy of some sort out of them, or being able to send them flying at someone. Something that can give him a legitimate roll besides "Dragon who does nothing more than stalk people." I say this, because at this point I'd rather pick just about any other mid-laner over him, due to the fact that they are more complicated to play.

I'd really like anyone else's opinion on this, I'm not wanting to seem hateful... especially since I REALLY want to love this beautiful creature.

Not every champ is going to appeal to everyone in theme and gameplay.

Annie? The most complicated part of her kit is Tibbers, and he isn't that useful at the moment. Katarina? QEWR. Enough said. Not every champ needs to be mechanicaly complicated, and even then Sol's positioning needs to be awesome inorder for him to be useful.

He has stars orbiting around him, because it simply fits his theme. His kit reflects a solar system, just with Aurelion sol in the center instead of a sun(and stars circling around him instead of planets)

His Q is him tossing a newborn star(looking like a small galaxy) at his enemies and his W utilizes the small stars that orbit around him. So half of his kit already uses stars.

The E represents how he flies over runeterra, which fittingly makes him look like a comet and his ult fits with his dragon-theme as it is a breath weapon(they also said that his ult was kept simple, because the rest of his kit is already complicated, positioning yourself correctly isn't that simple,if enemies get to close to you,you are pretty much screwed)
