Amumu and Azir?

Am I the only who finds it strange that Azir's backstory and quotes (Attacking/Moving/Taunting/Joking) make ZERO reference to Amumu at all? I mean if Azir even had one sentence to say that "Amumu was from a royal family that I knew quiet well, it was quiet a tragedy he died from the plague." It would still at least open the door with and be at least something new to Amumu's story.

Azir could honestly be that fatherly figure in Amumu's life or an actual friend who could tell Amumu what he had forgotten.

Even with lore update to Amumu's lore in December of last year, his story is in reality not any longer. He hasn't learned anything about his culture or who he once was. 's story is stagnate.

This isn't to be harsh towards RIOT at all. This is me wondering why they haven't really done anything to really expand upon his backstory since Amumu's release in 2009, six whole years and his story really hasn't changed or been expanded. As I was hoping with that he would shed some light on Amumu's past, even if it was a single sentence.
