When did Soraka become Targonian?

I'm scrolling through Universe out of Boredom and Soraka's listed as Targonian? JFC Riot that's just a slap in the face to Ionia. Her lore is so out of date anyways that you're gonna retcon her to a whole new REGION?

She does still have some tie to Ionia, from what little we know about her (Which is basically just her cameo in Syndra's short story). It just seems that she is from Targon, in much the same way that, say, Urgot is from Noxus.

She is a Targonian since November past year. She received this short bio at the month I mentioned:

A wanderer from the celestial dimensions beyond Mount Targon, Soraka gave up her immortality to protect the mortal races from their own more violent instincts. She endeavors to spread the virtues of compassion and mercy to everyone she meets—even healing those who would wish harm upon her. And, for all Soraka has seen of this world's struggles, she still believes the people of Runeterra have yet to reach their full potential.

But as Cetri mentioned, she was in Ionia at least 10 years ago.

I think it's just a set up to her lore reveal.

So she will start out in Targon, but as her story goes on she will go to Ionia, and the map will probably update with her lore.
