I'm going to go full oracle and say that I think the Taric rework will be coming out soon after the new dragon champ AND he will have a dragon slayer skin to, maybe!

Well, yup, you're an oracle, I guess- It already has been said that Taric's update will come after the next champ which is Aurelion Sol, but before the champ that is after Aurelion.
