When Yorick got a new skin it was 2011, he also has the 2nd least amount of skins in the game (the first is Au Sol and Jhin). Not sure if they are planning on making a Snowdown skin for him but if they are not already they should really consider the notion.

Yorick got his VGU fairly recently,so he is likely getting a new skin within the next few months(similar to how Taric and Poppy got new skins after their VGU).
Snowdown skin seems especially likely since they can give him a snow shovel and summon snowmen.
