I think they meant to make her look more regal, stronger jaw, etc. I think she looks fine. She doesn't look like some cherubic nymph who just popped out of some foamy seashells.
I feel like I'm the only one who likes the new Janna Splash art. I feel that her colors really reflect the idea of a person who's in the clouds, commanding the winds to her will.
