Am I the only person that finds the new Wukong skin to be ... really underwhelming?

Overall I think the art/skin design team does a fantastic job, and I'm usually the last person to complain about a skin, but this one is so....bland? I don't even know what it's missing, and I typically love the more minimalist approach to effects and not having a theme be too 'busy' and cluttered, but jaysus croist.

What's missing is the character itself has no flashy particles to work with.

Not a whole lot you can do with a skin when one of its abilities is just a clone of the model, the passive is just stats, and the others are mostly just animations rather then particles. Visually the model is still nice, but skin quality itself just can't pull off the same standards we have today.

The skin overall is lackluster but I also felt unnecessary for him right now. The reason I say that is Wukong is just a outdated, boring champion. Not only is he heavily stat based but his abilities don't have a lot of flash to them.

Most of them are just changes to his animations rather than particle effects. Q is just lengthing the staff, E is a dash with effects barely noticeable since it goes by fast, & W is literally just a clone. The only thing I feel got changed was his ult and even then that feels boring.

It's a skin made way too early for Wukong because he needs work. A rework. Giving him a skin in the way he is just feels off since there's nothing you can really add to him outside of a different appearance.
