That "leak" is fake. Confirmed by a rioter

I know a lot of people who are still talking about the leak, but I hate to be the barer of bad news but it was confirmed FAKE.

Rioter beluga whale confirmed on the urgot mains reddit that the urgot leak is bullshit. (which means everything else also is) This was actually yesterday but a lot of people overlooked the post or didn't notice it.

Unless he's trolling us (very doubtful) we shouldn't be expecting any of this to be real, and in urgot/evelynn case its just theorying off of the previous, actually legit leak.

Although I want to say to riot, please consider some of these skin ideas. While there may be better themes for some of them like yorick, those program skins and secret boss viktor looked extremely enticing.

EDIT: Reav3 also confirmed the eve part is a hoax as well and that a "wall stealth mechanic" would've been a lame concept entirely.

Well I said it would be lame for Eve. Could be cool for a new champion. Evelynn's main strategic identity is permastealth. As I stated in my last "State of Champion Update" blog, we don't plan on removing that aspect, just making it healthier.

Riot's always going to do one of two things, either they come out and say it's false, or just say nothing. They're never going to confirm the leak until things are ready to go to the PBE even if it's true.

I'm just going to take a wait and see approach to this, I don't believe in it or discount it yet, if things start coming true like the last one then I'll believe in it, if we're 3 months down the line and nothing's happened with it I'll say it's probably wrong.

The urgot leak was from the first leak too, almost the same, which that leak so far is 100% real so idk feels like thats a lie

Not sure if that's a Rioter, Rioters have a red ''Riot'' logo when they use the League of Legends subreddit but then again that's not the League subreddit but Urgot mains one

I feel like its kind of true tbh and riot is just covering it. we all know the last one was 100% real so far but we didnt know at first if it was

Then half of the "fake" leaks actually come to be.

Urgot has shotgun knees and a hook with a grinder execute for ult, he attacks wit ha sawblade in melee range. Did get an assassin jungle. Rakan and xayah came out, and so did half of the skins to name the bit im bothered with.

The Urgot leak sounded strange anyway if you think about it. Yes, he is going to be a juggernaut. But that amount of immobility just sounded unreal....

Slow base movement speed, okay..... Rooting himself for ranged attacks, okay.... Rooting himself for his ult, wait.....

Having 2 spells in his kit which are forcing him to stand in place seems too much. I doubt they would put that much immobility in a kit, even if it is the juggernautiest juggernaut in the history (of juggernauts).

The leak mentions that he has a rocket launcher coming out of his back, but the last leak said that it is his hand and the leaked in game model for Urgot pretty much confirms that the rocket launcher is his hand.

Speaking about the leaked model: The new leak says that when he is not in his ranged stance, he is using a spinning saw to attack. The model didn't show any saw whatsoever, he just had a normal human hand and a rocket launcher hand.

There was alot of fishy stuff in the leak.

I posted a similar thread saying the urgot was fake but seeing this thread and confirming that the whole thing is fake is both a relief and annoying because now it's very unlikely we will see any of those cool skins. Also no one has said a thing on that new champion? That post seemed awfully specific for just being a guesstimate like I can buy that they just took small details from Eve and urgot and made something up but a whole new Champion to make up? Seems a bit much.

Can we get a rioter in here to confirm that that's fake?
