Seriously, you guys - all of these stories (Twisted Fate and Graves updated lore, the Bilgewater Acts) they've been amazing. You guys went off the grid for a long time - but now you're here, and in your time away you didn't lose any of your story telling prowess. Welcome back... keep up the great work.

They actually didn't go on vacation. They just had to keep silent about all work on lore because they were told to, and also because they wanted it to be a grand event type deal and didn't want to spoil it.

Really well done on the Bilgewater event. :) Hope someone from the lore team sees this and pats themself on the back. I was never a fan of the champions from Bilgewater since it was so anonymous but I'm so hooked on TF and Graves now!

Hey! Don't forget those 10 months so quickly. It'll take a lot more than Bilgewater to make up for that drought.

But yeah, they're doing okay for now.

When all story are set in stone.... They're gonna publish a book 1 or 2 years later :D

probably won't though :p

I love it.

NOW WE NEED A YOUTUBE WEEKLY SHOW. Do it Rito!

No, they're back and they are the same as ever. I still haven't seen jack shit that says "The retcon was absolutely needed and there is good reason it is taking us forever to put out new lore."

I remain unimpressed and my wallet remains closed to Riot.

Better than ever? Lofty claim.

This makes me even more upset about that stupid post a while back talking about how Riot "killed" the lore of Graves and TF that got upvoted to 100.

You are getting ahead of yourself OP... wait and see if there is an actual conclusion to this arc before you give them to much praise... shurima was great until they shoved that ending at us... I am going to wait and see if they have actually learned from their past mistakes before I say good job.

Also on a side note... just what does runeterra look like now? because i have a hard time seeing it having 12 seas.

While I'll agree the the current Lore team is producing better lore than we expected, it is not better than many lore developments we had in the past.

While I'll agree Riot is starting to produce some pretty cool lore again, They're still a ways off from producing high quality lore like they used to.

As interesting as the story might be, their true test will be to outlive this event. If nothing happens from their side after this event ends, then is the same as what happened after Shurima.

This really isn't anything impressive. About the same as the judgements that they stopped doing a long time ago.

When they actually make something of substance, then we can start saying they are actually doing stuff again.

After YEARS of nothing...

Sorry, I still don't trust em.

The new lore is EXCELLENT (not saying that it isn't), I'm just worried that they will go back into the dark for months on end yet again.

It is going to take em quite a while to heal the wounds that they have wrought.

It's an event...

I think what RIot's done with the the Bilgewater event is pretty awesome.

Riot's starting to produce some high quality lore again! :)

I'd love to hear more about how this event will affect champion's from other regions and how the political balance of Runeterrra could be changed by it. I'm excited to hear about how these developments in Bilgewater will affect the political actions of other nations.

Can't wait for the next act!
