Such as Warwick vs Soraka, Kayle vs Morgana, Lucian vs Thresh, or Teemo vs anyone?
There are so many opportunities to add more flavor to the game based on preexisting lore that just got scrapped into a couple quests that most people never see because of how few quests there are.
If they do get added, I would prefer the "buffs" obtained for winning a quest simply be cosmetic, like with the 
vs 
vs 
quest.
Thresh starts with an extra soul when playing against Lucian. When Lucian kills Thresh, that extra soul is lost.

TBH I loved the Freljord event, Bilgewater was decent. Felt like we were interacting with the lore while also getting a small reward.
Was a bit sad we didn't see a 
event when Targon got the lore rework.

Riot has explained in the past that these sort of 'in-game" events can cause a lot of unhealthy gameplay patterns that they do not want to repeat. Whilst that is very arguable, I've seen it happen time and again, where my teams Ashe starts targetting the enemies Sejuani just for the quest.

Zed objective - Use Death Mark to kill a target that Shen is channeling Stand United on, and kill the target. - Reward: Death Mark dispels any instance of Stand United on the target if active and prevents Shen from teleporting, instead of dealing damage.
Shen objective - Use Stand United to save a target that Zed has used Death Mark on, and kill Zed. - Reward: Stand United dispels Death Mark on the target if active and prevents Death Mark from generating a shadow for Zed, instead of shielding damage.

Azir objective - Slay Xerath with at least 8 soldiers active (Includes the soldiers summoned by Emperor's Divide). - Gain 1 additional charge on Arise!.
Xerath objective - Slay Azir after hitting him with at least 3 uses of Rite of the Arcane. - Gain 2 additional uses of Rite of the Arcane when cast.
Probably overpowered rewards, but I don't care. This is just for fun.
