Do parts of Runeterra have seasonal changes?

Hey everyone! I was thinking to myself today- (probably a weird question too.. but i was curious)

So I was actually wondering if the different parts of the world of Runeterra have seasonal changes or not or are the different areas prone to have a steady climate?

Putting aside Shurima (Hot desert) and Freljord( Winter is forever) do other places have these changes?

For example, does Ionia have a 'fall' where the lotus blossoms fall to the ground as it makes way for a beautiful, snowy winter?

Is Bilgewater almost always like a hot, dankly, summer type of place? Or does it freeze over and if it does, how does this clash with events like the harrowing??

What of the different cities of Zaun, Piltover, Demacia, and Noxus for example? Jinx throwing snowballs at Cait and Vi??
