Hadn't played Skarner since s3, saw he was free this week so I gave him a whirl and it was the most depressing thing ever. Whose idea was it to have him say "I miss my people" when moving? It's 3 am, I came home from the bar alone after a few drinks and now I gotta get punched in the feels because I decided to right click. His other winners on moving are "This world is so strange" and "The crystal scar is weeping". He's a giant scorpion why is he even speaking English, let alone being melancholy . I bet if you translated Rek'sai she'd be saying "Whats the point, there just going to kill all my children." League of loners.

I laughed! I think if the story team could redo his voice, he would make animal sounds. As is, I like his lines because I remember what they used to mean.

I understand them from a thematic standpoint but even Amumus lines aren't that depressing.

His VO still ties into the old lore when he was the part of the extinct Brakor (sp?) people and he's the last of his kind. I like him having a voice in general, though. He's not a mindless beast but an individual with emotions.
