Is it supposed to say "Blinded to the mortal Realm" or "Binded"? Cause it could be a funny pun if so....

It wouldn't make sense grammatically if it was "binded" it should be "bound"
Maybe the Watchers had a connection to the mortal world and it was damaged or severed and they are sort of "blind" now
