Taric and Pantheon should get the same correction with Poppy in their Visual Updates

Poppy now holds the weapon and the shield from the correct hand, weapon on the right and shield on the left however Taric and Pantheon still hold them in the wrong hands, i dont say that left handed is bad but on them it looks a little weird and if you notice in Pantheon's splash art he holds the weapons the normal way however his ingame model is wrong
