Could Camille be Caitlyn's arch nemesis "C?"

I mean it would be cool if they finally revealed who "C" was but the problem with it being Camille is that Caitlin first encounters "C" in Demacia. Then began to chase "C" all over Runeterra. Camille would have no reason to be a bandit/Cat Burgler when she has her family to look after. Just wouldn't make sense :(. The only person that it would make sense that we know of is still Evelyn but sense shes an assassin not a thief its still a long shot.

OR riot just botch "C" and wont give us anything about it , i mean he was reveled as her enemy like 5 years ago when the institute of war was still a thing so.
