Issue where the animated Illaoi splash is showing up under Draven, Tahm Kench, Velkoz and Maokai. Also the RPG splash is under Katarina.

Vel'koz has tentacles so does Illaoi, Tahm Kench eats tentacles which Illaoi has and Draven is crazy who knows what he likes, maybe tentacles, which illaoi has. Now for maokai, maybe he wants an upgrade from tree to tentacle, an illaoi is gonna help with that. Illaoi
