I was wondering if items can get a new look such as item 3046 item 3812item 3053 item 3033 , etc.

These are the ones I had in mind, and im sure a lot of people could agree on their outdated looks:

item 3117 item 1051 item 3025 item 3285 item 3165 item 3706 item 3087 item 3075 item 3083 and a few others.

Luden's and Stalker's Blade are barely a season old..those aren't outdated

Would be nice for sure. Would like to see some new artwork for them being that they look a tad simple in comparison to what we have now.

I think this is a great idea.I dont think this would take too much time and the game would look much better. I would add items like item 1055 item 1056 item 3124 item 3146 item 3031 item 3222 item 3089 item 3065 item 3072 item 3078 and all boots.
