Confused

Are people actually mad at the new Taric splash?

I've always been for equality, so I love riot's middle finger to raging feminists by saying "we won't stop sexualizing females, so here's a sexualized male for you."

But

That still means that there are over sexualized females to begin with.

Mostly all female champions have "unrealistic" bodies, physiques, and ...proportion sizes, so why is everyone so mad?

Or am I just getting baited really, really hard?

EDIT: No clue why I'm getting downvoted

No one is mad. It'is just a meme, that came with a recent series of event in Overwatch and reddit is leaking to the boards again. https://www.reddit.com/r/KotakuInAction/comments/4cekn8/drama_overwatch_butt_controversy_articles/ (for some context)

I must admit I never understood the whole thing about oversexualised female. Yes, some skins are over the top like nurse akali or battle bunny riven, but when it comes to body size...

It's a fighting game. Of course woman will be mostly athletic, slimm and have similiar bodies. They need to be agile, mobile and well trained to fight. Some champions like Illaoi have different body types, but it's still favoring battle. Then there is Jinx who doesn't need to be in shape because who needs that when you have a mother fucking rocket launcher.

And the same is seen for male champions, most of them are athletic and either slimm or ripped. They are fighters. Not people you see everyday in the street. They have to train and get strong.

Judging by the recent threads, most people actually like it(and just like to make fun of this whole "sexualized"-discussion).

And overall sexualized characters seem to be ok for riot as long as it isn't taken too far(like putting ahri into a sling bikini) and as long as the variety doesn't suffer too much(if every character would be sexualized,it would start to be monotone).

The beginning of the video fits right into this discussion. Are you triggered yet, feminists?!
