No, you see the issue is Lucian's a normal man, and Senna a normal woman. Kalista was alive before the Shadow Isles got wrecked. Kalista can't feasibly have a connection with Senna because Kalista became undead WAY before Senna was even born, and Senna's still trapped in the lantern. Hell, Senna probably couldn't even become a part of Kalista because you need to invoke that bond with her to do it.
She could possibly have been killed by Thresh, that's possible, but unlikely considering the dude was already bat-shit insane before he died, and there's also ambiguity as to whether he was born native to the Shadow Isles or is from mainland Valoran. Nowhere in any of the information we have about Thresh does it actually say when Thresh was alive, and looking at his lore, I'd say he either died before the Shadow Isles got wrecked or after, which kinda screws with Kalista, because even though we don't know when specifically she was killed, it was either before or in conjunction with the Shadow Isles getting wrecked.
