Why should a region who hasn't won worlds get team skins? What's there to celebrate or commemorate?

I wouldn't be surprised if the future of e-Sports allows teams to create these themselves and sell them through Riot. Kind of like buying jerseys of your favorite NFL or NBA players. In the store there will be a hub for CLG-branded items that you can buy. A portion would go to the team and a portion would go to Riot. You would be able to find icons, skins, emotes, merch, etc. This would ensure the skins were high quality and truly gets across what the brand wants to get across to the consumer. Plus Riot and the teams would make so much more money off of it.
They could even make it really easy and create a Chroma set that is just the color schemes of the teams. The possibilities are endless!
