P.S. I know many other champs deserve a skin soon, too, but I'm talkin' 'bout Cassiopeia right now! So SCRAM! ;P
They prefer giving skins for Champs who already have a large amount, Cass will have another bland skin related to "Ice" or something like that.

I personally want a skin related to Shurima, and I'd love to see her in an "Egyptian" royal looking.
With golden jewelries and spells, she'll be a queen or a goddess related to luxury or gold, I'd love to !
Or, a skin related to fire or cosmic dust, Cassiopeia is the name of a constellation, it's a shame that we don't have any skin related to space
