Updating In-game model and splash arts

Can we have a patch were it is all about updating the in-game model of old skins and have new splash art, or even updating the in-game model like leblanc? For example Annie in Wonderland 1820 RP, WTF cmon the new Super Galaxy Annie is worth more then this. The only thing that Annie in Wonderland have is that its called Annie in Wonderland. Nothing is changed about this skin and its the same with many other skins. I would mind making a patch just to upgrade or update all these in-game skins model and splash art. [slayer-jinx-catface]
