Wheres My Baby Fizz Buffs and skins W visuals changes

Can we buff my baby Fizz? Change his E CDR back to 6 pretty plzz. His weak laning phrase is still the same but his W helps a little. Maybe change his W to 1.5 sec instead of 2 sec to proc. Last is that his cotton tail skin has a amazing carrot on top of champs and minions. This skin is 975 rp btw. Void and SG are 1350 rp with the W passive being a different color of a trident. Maybe a voidling head or a SG shark head idk but some cool like the carrot. Same with the Fisher skin maybe a hook or fishing rod.
