The 2 other characters of Targon event are Aurelion Sol and the new Taric?

The one is 100% Aurelion Sol but the other i guess its Taric? its not someone from the champions who already got visual updates and its also not just an npc/random person so its most likely the new Taric unless if they hide another early visual update apart from taric/yorick
