Why does new Warwick not have any quote interactions with items?

Most new or reworked champs these days have a plethora of voice lines they say when buying certain items, but it seems that Warwick doesn't. Is there a thematic purpose to this, was it because there wasn't enough time to make them, or some other reason? Just curious.
