Riot just should’ve made it a legendary skin. I mean c’mon! for the first time in history an epic skin has special interactions? (Dragon master swain....) Why wouldn’t they make an excepion on MF too then?

Terozu1 votesPF caitlynn is legendary. But epic skins actually do often have special imteractions especially ones that were released super close to their champ or champ update. Freljord Taliyah talks about snow, Hacker Zoe talks about VR. And now DM Swain has dragons. So on and so forth.
