Cant the GGMF buyers also get the border and icon?

Like they’re both 3500 RP.. If you bought elementalist lux, which is a way better ultimate skin, you’d get the border too right? Its kinda underwhelming if you buy the skin and not get a border or the gun goddess icon for it when GGMF is not even that amazing..
