She has not even gotten a short bio, not even in the recent large swath of changes that came out. I realize you likely didn't have a real direction for her then, as the Vastaya Q&A page indicated a possible Targon direction for her, and that seems to have been abandoned, since she wasn't included. I can't say I'm not relieved, and I'm excited about the ongoing Irelia VGU, which may or may not mean something for our favourite compassionate Star-goaticorn.

Instead of asking about time, I'd just like to ask; is there any sort of plan in place regarding Soraka's place on Runeterra?

A wanderer from the celestial dimensions beyond Mount Targon, Soraka gave up her immortality to protect the mortal races from their own more violent instincts. She endeavors to spread the virtues of compassion and mercy to everyone she meets—even healing those who would wish harm upon her. And, for all Soraka has seen of this world's struggles, she still believes the people of Runeterra have yet to reach their full potential.

Well now she got a short bio,its pretty much the same with her sacrificing her immortality to heal others,but now without warwick and she is mentioned to have arrived on Mt.Targon.

The way I see it,she might be an aspect who sacrificed her immortality in order to become physical without needing the body of someone else.

I sort of had been dreading the Targon link, but this short bio isn't too bad. After all, they'd have to explain how she came to be on Runeterra, and Targon is probably a good way to do that. She isn't chained to the mountain in any way, in fact I honestly think she would move on quickly, in order to seek somewhere more suitable to work towards her goals. Could definitely have a strong Ionian link which I like.
