, sticking on to this post's subject material, riot announced 2 months ago there are no ultimate skins in production, it takes about as long to make a champ as it does an ultimate skins so if one were to go into production after that post we still have 8 months , they would not announce it this early b/c they don't want another aoshin on there hands
