Which champions need turn-tech?
This is something that i have been wondering, when Nidalee got the turn-tech thing on her cougar form, that got me thinking... which other champions could use this tech?

I don't know if he doesn't have it already, but I'd say Vel'Koz. At least his base walking animation doesn't have it, and it probably would look great with the tentacles. Others could be Ahri, Cassiopeia and maybe Kog'Maw Actually, everything that has some serpentine traits
