Questions On The Topic of Ornn, Anivia and Volibear

Based on the lore connections between the three I have a few questions regarding skins, skin themes, and updates, so let's get into this.

First, will Ornn, Voli, and Anivia get skins reflecting each others base themes, like a Voli skin that's all fire themed and has him doing stuff like forging things in his recall, an Anivia skin that stuns with spheres of electricity instead of ice, or an Ornn skin that's all frozen?

Second, will Voli and Anivia be getting small VGUs to bring their mechanics up to date to match with their new brother? If so does this mean that Voli will get lightning on more than one ability because it's supposedly a big thing for him?

Third, will Voli Anivia, and Ornn's upcoming skins reflect eachother heavily with things like officer Anivia and Ornn skins or prehistoric Voli?

And finally... can you add a little police siren to Voli's back when he uses his Q and is chasing people? This isn't really necessary but I think it would be adorable for the borkfing sparkbear.
