The New Champion might be Targonian

Looking at the in-game PBE teaser, I thought that the new champion seems to be Targonian based on the visuals of the spell(?), so I did some quick mock-ups of a black-and-white version of both it and 's VFX, which is supposed to originate from Mt. Targon.

Both of them are characterised by circular patterns & the planet-ish motifs (also seen in other Targonian champions such as Taric), and the new champ's spell seems to also have sparkly stars and other such lights. imo this is a clear indicator that the new champion is from Targon, but of course, I could be wrong :D

The new champion is in fact an Aspect. Of Twilight no less.

A new aspect related to Glade maybe?

Not sure on being from Mount Targon but I think champion is high likely related to Glade, even if it is not from there.

I was so focused on the new CC, I didn't even really look at the aoe itself. It definitely could be a targonian champ.

Also possible is that the star/moon motif is based on the sleepy nature for clarity's sake, but I would certainly love to see a new Targonian.

The way some have hinted that she would hate Lux leads me to believe she's an oppressed mage in Demacia, but this seems equally or more viable. Excited!

Diana = Moon (Aspect of Night) Leona = Sun (Aspect of Day) Taric = Stars (Aspect of Protection) Pantheon = Battle (Aspect of War) Aurelion Sol = The Universe (Creation)

Perhaps this new champion is the Aspect of Twilight? Twilight is often associated with dreams, REM sleep, nightmares, and imagination (in fact, the strange suggestive state you enter when under the effects of Anathesia or narcotics is called 'The twilight state'). The decal used for the Bubble ability does match both the decal for Shield Battery from Face of the Mountain and the decal from Taric's Starlight's Touch; they're all art-deco facsimiles of celestial bodies.

If this new champion is from the Glade (as another popular theory states), they could be related to the ever-mysterious Mystic element that Mystic Lux and Lulu draw their energy from; both champions have access to what seems to be cognitive abilities, sight into multiple dimensions, and very powerful dream/imagination based magic. Not to mention all three champions share a very strong butterfly motif (another universal symbol for spirits, magic, and mystic power).
