From the beginning we've been told new champions will be expected late in the year Now we all hope for at least 4 VGUs and 5 new champions That leaves three patch months without a new or improved champions So is April late enough to be considered late? We know what patch 7.7 will start next week which leaves the pbe a mystery which will be released sometime between 18 April
So should we expect a teaser before the next patch

It's been "leaked" that the next release will be a pair of champions which actually would make a ton of sense as to why there would be a delay - the first champ of the pair would be finished and would launch only when the second one was completed.

Just because I bring up the leaks doesn't mean that I believe they're entirely true. But in every lie and joke is a minor grain of truth. I'm just stating that even if the leak is total bullshit, the notion that Riot may be working on a duo release may not be the bullshit part. I was pointing out that the fact that there is a delay in the champion release schedule and yet no inclination that the champ creation teams are currently embroiled in non-new-champion projects is indicative that they may indeed be working on a duo release.
Edit: I just read what that Rioter posted, and he said the champion he just completed named R____. Why would there be a completed champion that has not hit the PBE or even been remotely teased yet if this wasn't planned to be a duo release? It won't be the bird people that that leaker claimed, obviously, but a duo release is looking particularly strong at this point.

GreenLore3 votesWarwick was done by the team that did Ryze and he came out ~6 months after Ryze Galio was done by the same team that did Yorick and he came out ~6 months after Yorick.
Notice a pattern?The VGU-teams seem to be able to push out a VGU every 6 months.So if they keep that speed,then Urgot will be out in July. However we also have to keep in mind that Urgot has less skins to update than either Warwick(who has a lot of skins) or Galio(who has a legendary skin that needed to be updated),so he will actually take less work than them,which is why june isn't that unlikely for him either.

From the sound of it he's some sort of performer with a highish voice. I've noticed this in mid and top lane, at least. I don't play bot really so I haven't noticed it there. It's probably been in game for a week now.

No, I haven't. And Surrender at 20, who does a pretty damn thorough report of all patches, hasn't released or noted any information on some mysterious voice in any of their past updates. Do you have proof of this voice? Can you confirm what causes it? Are you sure it's not Jhin after you step on a trap?

I've noticed it mostly in the mid lane, and no it's not Jhin whatsoever, it's a more high pitched voice. He also doesn't use any of Jhin's voiceovers. The ones I've heard so far are: "The show never ends!", "Watch my puppets dance!", and "Dance with me!". I just played a custom game with Jayce trying to hear the voice but I couldn't, however when I went in with Jhin it started playing almost instantly, so it may have something to do with playing Jhin specifically and maybe only Jhin can hear it.
I've been on a streak of enjoying full AS Jhin so maybe that's why I'm the only one noticing it. Try going into a custom game(maybe preferably in the mid lane but I've heard it in top lane too so I'm assuming it's just wherever Jhin goes).

It's not Jhin's voice whatsoever when I played him. It's a much higher pitched voice, and he also just says it randomly. Also what does Jhin have to do with puppets? I haven't even heard these voiceovers until recently. I mean I did only recently start playing Jhin from the last ascension(first weekend of ascension) and he didn't say those things then, I'm pretty sure. Also as I said, it doesn't sound like Jhin whatsoever. Also just did it again to make sure. Another one is "Places everyone, places!". Again, not Jhin's voice at all. Also "How lovely!" Though this one could be as much Jhin's as the other voice, since it's a bit lower. They had stated when they were developing Jhin that when you play him, he has additional files and filters to give him the sense of insanity. So that's probably why he's got these weird sounding vocals.
