Champions Voice Overs and Splash Screens

Anyone know where I can download the complete champions' voice overs for English, Korean, and Japanese?

And... anyone knows where to download all champions' skins' splash screens? I have only found few from Riot's website but not all skins for each champion.

You can manually get every splash art by going to the wiki and just going to each Champion's Skins page and downloading them each individually, or by going through your game files (I suggest the former). You can also hunt the art and sound files down with some very minor searching online.
