Title says it all. Act One for the Bilgewater event has actually been mint! A really enjoyable piece of short-fiction, quests with apparent lore rewards, a built city... Lore has gotten a lot of hell for a lot of different things, and its nice to see that they can deliver on some really superb stuff :) Go eat a box of cookies, y'all deserve it.
do you have to play to unlock lore etc?

Yes... clicking the stuff it's like empty links in the html, it changes the url (...)/#story-1 /#act-1 /#brochure-1 but no change in the page.
Maybe I need some web extension I don't have. This thread isn't the place for bitching sorry, gonna ask on support =P thanks anyways
Okaay, so updated finished and I was able to view content. Either my pc was taking up alot of cpu, which it was, or I needed the update to view the content =3
