Plot twist: Kled is rumble's new ultimate skin

It's already confirmed that Kled is a new champion. https://twitter.com/harrowww this guy is a "new" champion designer and it was already like a month or so confirmed that the next champion is his creation. Also Rumble already has a legendary skin with fair quality, wouldn't really make sense to give him a ultimate skin. Also Rumble and Kled are very diffrent from eachother. And most ultimate skins were teased a lot differently to champions like Kled or Bard were. Udyr had a comic, Sona a musical teaser, Ezreal hat mentions and clear reveal video. Plus we haven't had a yordle for quite some time, so it just makes sense to now 2 years after Gnar's release, release a new yordle.
That wouldn't explain why he's holding a bayonette
