There are female martial artists in LoL already.
Well the thing is that this arguementation could be used for almost every champion.
We've got a female light mage
now we need a male light mage.
We've got a male centaur 
now we need a female centaur
We've got a female fallen angel 
now we need a male fallen angel
etc.
If you really want a female martial artist,then you need to think of some sort of way to make her unique and outstanding among the cast. Sure Lee sin and Udyr are both martial artists,but they still have their own character niches that are unique to them(Lee sin is a blind master and a monk,while Udyr is also a spirit caller).
Originally I thought someone based on kicks could be used for a female martial artist,but Camille more or less covers the "kick expert"-thing already(even if she uses augmentations as well).
And of course it's a hot anime girl in a bunny outfit.

That'd be cool. It'd be interesting if they built her around the notion of using an opponents' power against them, which is a common theme in martial arts. She could be naturally squishy but have a lot of utility focused on redirecting or mitigating damage and forcing enemies out of position. It'd be a hard kit to balance, but at least it would be unique.

for whatever reason comes to mind for me... no clue why, its barely martial arts if at all.

They could add something similar to Christie Monteiro, from tekken, a capoeira user.

Riot fills character archetypes. They wouldn't redo Lee Sin just to make a female martial artist.
maybe when his lore gets updated to clear this summoner thing
He better still have his eyes burned out after he set himself on fire at his own discretion as his own punishment.
yeah i like the idea too. A female martial artist champ that doesn't use weapons.
