Could long time owners of the new legacy skins get special portrait trim when we use said skins?
Don't long time owners of the older legacy skins get a portrait trim when they show off?

They did this with original skin owners of current vault skins. I'm sure they will do this now. But on any vault release, you won't get the trim.
Only long time owners of LIMITED skins get this,because limited skins were originally never supposed to be sold EVER again in the first place and this is a way of riot basically saying "sorry for going back on our word" to them(this and the summoner icon and the rp they got back).
Legacy skins on the other hand were put in the vault and it was said from the beginning that these skins WILL return someday,so there is no reason to give the people who bought this skin something,because they always knew the skin would return.
