Where are you Pulsefire Cait?? Been waiting for ya... It's never been this hard giving rito money. The suspense and hype has actually imploded on itself.

But....I don't think I might even get it now with the PBE Nerfs to Caitlyn. This is a really stupid move from a business stand point. Releasing a 1820 skin when a hero gets HEAVILY nerfed. I guess I can't say Riot is greedy with the nerfs/buffs tied in with skins....

They release her today, a wave of people buy her, then nerfs hit, then a wave of skin refunds. lel.

Pulsefire Caitlyn will be released this patch. The nerfs will be next patch.

It kind of is an ass business sense... I wanted pulsefire Cait but I'm not so sure I want to pay for it when they're about to gut the champion...

Maybe they were tired about all the people saying "Oh look,that piece of shit champ is getting buffed,bet he's gonna get a new skin" or "oh,that skin is going to be for that champ,guess i'll have to permaban it now"

It's true,it's a bad marketing idea,but they do have idiots talking down to them everytime they do something,so may as well separate the 2 things.

Its like people don't understand that Skins take awhile to create and are not overnight unlike balance changes which happen very quick so of course they are not gonna line up perfectly

as far as i know Caitlyn is kinda hated by a lot of players because of her "OP" kit throughout the game , early , mid , late. she was an easy and viable ban target in many games. making her less tough to deal with only invites more players to play with her or against her. as someone who played over 10-15 games with her i admit she is kinda nasty to deal with. and when i fight against her she usually end up being one of the top killers unless the player is new.

even if im wrong it proves that riot doesn't balance characters around sale.
