Poster girl of the league, of course. I think i start to hate ahri more than Zed just because of that fact. Ye, i know its pretty stupid to ask questions when you already know the answer, but i can't help myself. Just watched new login screen and raged hard. I believe i started to hate her since the New Dawn cinematic - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHrjOMfHPY , released 22.07.2014 . Since then ahri gets a third skin, THIRD http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Ahri . I dont really complain about about the number of skins, but he fact that Arcade Ahri was chosen over a different champion for Arcade line makes me super sad. And this login screen is like the last bullet right in the head.

Well they didn't give them a shared splash art,because that would have required them to make a shared one(and they simply didn't bother to do one this time around).

And I can understand Ahri getting this login,not just because she is popular,but also because she pretty much represents a part of the skin lore better than anyone else: the fact that in the arcade skins,some of the characters are human gamers who jump into the game world. And Ahri with her splash and recall represents that better than anyone else in the skinline.

Just a fact that you have to accept sadly. Same with Jinx being in the centre of 90% of fan art since her release.

I still don't get why people even hate Zed. Champion was Op than nerfed than he got that QOL and he got nerfed again. He is perfectly balanced right now and the Zed bandwagon should stop really. People are even baning him becuse "Why not" instead of baning something that causes real problems.

As for Ahri, ye I agree, picture of Ahri should be Riots new logo.

When I think of league the first female champion to come to mind is Lux. To me she's the poster child of League.
