Poster girl of the league, of course. I think i start to hate ahri more than Zed just because of that fact. Ye, i know its pretty stupid to ask questions when you already know the answer, but i can't help myself. Just watched new login screen and raged hard. I believe i started to hate her since the New Dawn cinematic - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHrjOMfHPY , released 22.07.2014 . Since then ahri gets a third skin, THIRD http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Ahri . I dont really complain about about the number of skins, but he fact that Arcade Ahri was chosen over a different champion for Arcade line makes me super sad. And this login screen is like the last bullet right in the head.

Well they didn't give them a shared splash art,because that would have required them to make a shared one(and they simply didn't bother to do one this time around).

And I can understand Ahri getting this login,not just because she is popular,but also because she pretty much represents a part of the skin lore better than anyone else: the fact that in the arcade skins,some of the characters are human gamers who jump into the game world. And Ahri with her splash and recall represents that better than anyone else in the skinline.

I still don't get why people even hate Zed. Champion was Op than nerfed than he got that QOL and he got nerfed again. He is perfectly balanced right now and the Zed bandwagon should stop really. People are even baning him becuse "Why not" instead of baning something that causes real problems.

As for Ahri, ye I agree, picture of Ahri should be Riots new logo.

Hate for Zed is still in my blood. Does not matter that i never see him in ranked, does not matter that last time i played normals mid i rekt him hard, every time Zed dies makes me happy :3

And i still remember good times before soraka rework. When she had burst heal on her W +90 armor. God, i was laughing at Zed this time. It was my favorite job to play Soraka and just heal his target and silence him. Ah, memories...

Even as a guy who don't play Zed I have to ask you. How the hell on this God damn earth you can hate something as perfect as Zed? Let's be real, Zed is a masterpiece and the epitome of what an assassin should be. His model, even with classic skin is badass, his abilities are badass, his voice is badass, the way he walk is perfect, his stance, AA sound, Animations, literally EVERYTHING. The only champions that stands toe to toe with Zed in terms of awesomeness are Elise and Kha'Zix. You simply can't hate something like that.... :(

Not really. I agree with you on the visual side though, he is pretty cool. But those times when literally EVERYONE was playing him were super bad. Althrough people are bitching about a lot of things about Zed, my core issue with him was simple: Safety+Clear. That means if he gets ahed of your midlaner, he clears and roams. If he gets behind, he sits and farms until he is OK again. And there were like no champions who could really counter that. I remember myself playing probably as pre-rework Brand. He was a lane bully back then. So, i went against zed, and either killed him or almost killed him. Then he just sat there, farming and clearing all the minions like no one could, not even coming into range of my spells. So i got nothing to do but clear minions with w+e, and that left me oom pretty soon. And he still was here, my minions didn't really touched his turret, and i couldn't do anything about him. Dont remember the outcome of the game, but the feel of being completely helpless. You can feel the same though going against a new Malz as Ziggs, for example. And also let me poin out his passive. It procs on minions, so its stupidly easy to lasthit. Maybe removing that could make him MUCH healthier.

Well you are not completelly right. if Yed spamms his abilities to cs and clear he will constantly struggle with energy. Other than that, I agree that he doesn't need his passive proc on minions.

Yes, but he does not really need that energy if all he wants is farm. So, that's not even is disadvantage.

Ofc he needs energy, his energy management is perfectly balanced, his damage is balanced, everything is perfectly fine about yed, except that I agree with you that he doesn't need that passive against minions. Good players can CS well anyways. That would just make the difference between good and bad Zeds.

When I think of league the first female champion to come to mind is Lux. To me she's the poster child of League.

I still consider Katarina the poster champion for League. She's been in every cinematic riot has created and is in majority of their promotions/artwork on the site (In the front).

On the subject of Ahri, I don't care and think this is just pointless complaining. Katarina gets far more attention than Ahri does from Riot in every department (Every cinematic she's in/In the Front of majority of riot's artwork/several skins). Ahri is only in one cinematic and just got a login screen and has less skins.....
